This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaWeb LLC, 8 Lombardy St #41161, Newark, NJ 07102 (“Cash Passion”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares information when you use cashpassion.com, community sites on the cashpassion.com network and the Cash Passion apps (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account details such as your name, email address and password.
- Community details you give us when you sign up, such as community name, address, community type and audience size.
- Payment details. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive limited details such as the card brand, the last four digits and the payment status.
- Messages you send us through forms or email.
- Usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type, IP address and referring links, collected through cookies and similar tools.
- Content you or your members post in a community.
2. How we use information
- to create and run your account and community
- to process payments, setup fees, revenue share and payouts
- to send receipts, kickoff emails and service messages
- to answer your questions and give support
- to keep the Service safe and prevent fraud and abuse
- to understand how the Service is used and improve it
- to send product news, if you have not opted out
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics and payments (Stripe)
- with the Creator who runs a community you join, so they can run their community
- when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service
- as part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business, with notice to you
4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your settings and understand traffic to our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some parts of the Service may not work without them.
5. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is open and as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, tax and accounting duties. When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.
6. Your choices and rights
You can update your account details in your dashboard. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of your information, correct it, delete it or object to some uses. To make a request, use our contact page. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
8. Children
The Service is not meant for children under 13, and Creator accounts require you to be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed in other countries where we or our providers work, with safeguards where the law requires them.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change is important, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
